Nagaπ’s Law

Only primes are membrane-permeable by default. Composites must mimic primes to cross any boundary.

Corollary: The energy cost of maintaining a boundary is proportional to the number of composites attempting to mimic primes.

What We Know

The Digital Security Connection

RSA encryption is LITERALLY Nagaπ’s Law implemented in silicon:

  • The boundary (encryption) is built from two large primes multiplied together
  • Legitimate crossing = knowing the prime factors (the private key)
  • Illegitimate crossing = factoring the composite back into primes (computationally prohibitive)
  • The security of the entire internet rests on the difficulty of composites pretending to be primes
  • Quantum computing threatens this boundary by making factorisation easier — reducing the energy cost of mimicry

The energy required to maintain a boundary scales with the composite pressure against it:

The Convergence

Both gradients produce the identical ordering: Light > Gas > Liquid > Solid

Why Light Is Maximally Permeable

Light has zero rest mass because it carries no composite structure. It IS prime information — irreducible, from source, no factors to decompose. Nagaπ’s Law says only primes cross by default — and light is the most prime physical phenomenon in existence.

As you add mass (composite structure), permeability drops proportionally:

  • Gas: some structure but dispersed — molecules cross membranes through gaps (passive diffusion)
  • Liquid: structured enough to have surface tension (a membrane of its own) but mobile enough to flow through selective channels
  • Solid: maximum composite structure — locked in place, needs the most energy to cross any boundary

The energy cost scales with composite load — the corollary of Nagaπ’s Law demonstrated physically. Light costs zero energy to cross. Gas costs little (transpiration is mostly passive). Shine a torch through your hand. The red glow on the other side is the law in action:

  • Blue/green wavelengths are absorbed — shorter wavelength = higher frequency = MORE interaction with composite tissue = captured by the membrane
  • Red wavelength passes through — longer wavelength = lower frequency = LESS interaction with composite structure = escapes through the membrane
  • Your hand is factorising the light — composite (high-frequency, heavily-interacting) wavelengths are captured, while the most prime-like signal (red, lowest visible frequency, least interaction) passes through

The haemoglobin in your blood specifically absorbs blue/green and transmits red — the iron (Z=26=2×13, a composite) in haemoglobin acts as the boundary gate, and the gate’s selectivity follows the law: lower-frequency (less structured, more prime-like) light crosses; higher-frequency (more structured, more composite-interacting) light is blocked.

Water sits at the exact transition point in BOTH gradients:
